Terms and Conditions for Habesha Hood Raffle

The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Employees of Habesha Hood and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Participants must purchase a raffle ticket priced at 1000 birr to enter.
Payment for tickets must be made through Chapa before the deadline of March 30th.
Each participant is allowed to purchase multiple tickets.
Entries that are incomplete, not paid through Chapa, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Habesha Hood team.

The grand prize includes a 21.5” iMac Quad Core i5 2.7GHz, 16GB Ram, 1TB SSD or equivalent laptop, professional music production and editing software, and recording equipment as detailed in the raffle promotion.
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of the prize.

The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Habesha Hood team.
The winner will be notified via email/phone within five (5) days following selection.
The Habesha Hood team shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The Habesha Hood team reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Habesha Hood’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the raffle.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Habesha Hood team, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.

By participating in the raffle, participants agree to the use of their names, likeness, and images for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Habesha Hood and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this raffle or any prize won.

This raffle is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
As a condition of participating in this raffle, the participant agrees that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
